He was born Chriatian P. Wragge on June 19th 1970 in Hackensack, New Jersey, USA. He was raised in Rutherford and Nutley New Jersey. He is a news anchor as well as a presenter.

Education

Chris went to Mahwah high school where he was involved in athletics which earned him football scholarship to University of New Hampshire. For his active involvement in sports he got three varsity letters and graduated a year early with degree in communication. He pursued career in sports casting.

Career

Chris is an anchor who converted his passion of sports into long time career. Since his days in High school and University he was active footballer which not only earned him scholarship but developed his talent. His love for sport and combination with degree in communication makes him a great sportscaster that he is today.

He started has sports reporter as part of 48 hours expose on NBA 1991 Spring Break for WMUR-TV Manchester, New Hampshire. Later he was sports anchor for NBC sports for NBA, WNBA, Notre Dame Football, the gator bowl, sun American sports desk and Olympics. Wragge received Associated press Best Sportscast while sports director for the nightly sportscasts in News2Hours on KPRC-TV, Houston, Texas. He was also news anchor for CBS2 and on 2011 he was appointed lead weekday anchor for CBS news. In 2012 he became co-anchor for WLNY-TV news until 2013 when he moved to CBS 2 News anchor.

During the 2002 Winter Olympic winter games at Salt Lake City Chris together with Katie Couric and Jim McKay Co-hosted the opening ceremony which was rated at that time as the highest ceremony in the Olympic Games history. This was one of the highlighting moments of his career. While still in Salt Lake Olympic games he was also the speed skating report for the Olympic Games sports desk. In the following years 2003 and 2004 Chris joined the NBC golf coverage at the Michael Jordan’s celebrity invitational. Apart from his glamorous television career Chris has also appeared four times in the Oprah Winfrey show. He has also appeared in various paramount television shows as well as emenceed in planet Hollywood during opening of Sylvester Stallone.

Personal Life

Like most football players Chris has had various relationships. However, Chris was married to Victoria Silystedt, between in 2000-2007. His marriage with Victoria lasted for 7 years and they did not have any children.  Currently has girlfriend Sara Siciliano since 2015. Silystedt was a model who was very popular model for playboy at that time. The controversy started when pictures of his was with another man surfaced. Although they were not legally divorced they are separated and currently he is with his girlfriend Sarah Siciliano. There is no information about his children.

Lifestyle

Chris loves life and when not on television you will find him at his home Bridgehampton running the triathlons, cheering on the giants or attending fancy dinners. He also enjoys visiting the beach just to watch the tides.

Charity

Chris during his free time helps the charity organization by lending help to the charity organizations that he supports. This was mainly to the Hurricane that destroyed most of the areas around his hometown.
