Uriah Shelton

Born on March 10, 1997, to father Allen Shelton and mother Cindy Shelton in Dallas situated in Texas, Uriah Justus Shelton spent most of his childhood days in Magnolia Springs situated in Alabama after he and his parents shifted there when he was just one month old. His interest in acting and modelling was ignited at a very tender age of 7 years, and he went on to join a modelling class. He and his cousin Charli joined the classes together, and while going to his modelling class, he participated in a talent hunt competition taking place in Orlando. It was this talent hunt competition which opened the doors of acting to him. Several agencies from around Los Angeles and New York liked him and wanted to sign a contract with them.

The sudden realisation of his fascination about acting made him and his mother to shift permanently to Los Angeles where he could pursue the career he loved. He began acting in various commercials as soon as he shifted to Los Angeles. He got his big break in 2007 when he was cast for the role of Brett Hendricks for one episode of the television series Without a Trace and Young William for an episode of Ghost Whisperer in the same year. His most famous role in a television series until now is that of Joshua Matthews in the hit series Girl Meets World in which he has a reoccurring role. He is also popular for the role of Jeff Cargill in the 2010 hit series The Glades. He has also appeared in many television shows which includes Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight as Dakoda in 2008, Little Monk as Brian in 2009, The Suite Life On Deck as Prince Jeffy in 2009, Trust Me as Jack McGuire in 2009, Trauma as Rudy in 2009, R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour as Pete in 2011 and Last Men Standing as Ben Milbauer in 2012. He is currently playing the lead role of Josh in Blue which started in 2012.

He began his movie career in the year 2008 when he was cast for the minor role of a school kid in the movie Lower Learning. He has also portrayed the role of Kit in the 2010 movie Alabama Moon. He has done a various minor role in several movies like Ring of Death in 2008 where he played the role of Tommy Wyatt, The Nanny Express in 2008 where he played the role of Ben Chandler, Opposite Day as a security guard in 2009 and Warrior’s Gate in 2016. He also portrayed the lead role of Henry Matthews in the 2011 movie Lifted.

According to his wiki, Shelton is trained in martial arts and even won the ATA Tae Kwon Do California State Championship in 2006. He is also known to be trained in piano, and he loves to play soccer in his free time. Shelton is a good singer and writer also. He sang as well as wrote the song I Miss You for his movie Lifted. Shelton was also involved in a motorcycle accident in the year 2015 but has recovered now. He is currently believed to be single, and there is no information about any girlfriend.
