Travel channel's veteran culinary expert Andrew Zimmern is adored by millions all over the world for his crazy culinary adventures. But, how many of you know about his personal life? If you don't know, we have got you covered.

American television personality, food writer, chef, and culinary teacher Andrew married his longtime Rishia, an electronic techie, in 2002.

As of 2016, Andrew and Rishia along with their son Noah is reportedly residing together in Edina, Minnesota as a happy family.

Indeed, he is not only rich in experience, but also rich in terms of money. Currently, he is reportedly enjoying a massive net worth of 8 million US dollars.

Ironically, the man of 8 million US dollars fortune has also suffered from a homelessness period for about one year in the past. It was the period when Andrew, a severe drug and alcohol addict,  passed his days by stealing purses from café and selling the contents.

Post 1992, Andrew has escaped from his dark self and believe it or not, he is transformed  to one of the most recognized faces in American culinary world from a homeless drug addict.

2010 and 2013 James Beard Award winner for "Outstanding TV personality" and 2012 James Beard Award winner for "Television Program on Location", Andrew Zimmern's Bizzare Foods series is one of the most stable show of the channel.

That’s why Travel Channel has renewed Andrew's "Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations for it's third season as of January, 2016.

This season Andrew will be showcasing classic foods prepared by generation of chefs from variety of destinations including Seattle, Louisville, Portugal, Sicily, Honolulu, Puerto Rico, Manila, and US.

Except Bizarre foods, Andrew is now looking forward to work on his newfound partnership with Renaissance Hotel.
