Model turned TV personality; Catalina Jane Guirado kick started her career as a model at only 15. Born on January 1, 1974 in Auckland, New Zealand to internationally acclaimed Spanish surrealist- essentialist artist father "Juan Antonio Guirado” and English mother Audrey Ballard, Guirado  walked the runway for many esteemed fashion designers;  like Vivienne Westwood, Scott Henshall, Michiko Koshino, Rifat Ozbek to name a few.

Her modeling career was followed by features in top magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Maxim, Loaded and FHM. All thanks to her successful modeling career, the 5’10” tall cover girl also bagged various endorsement deals for top brands such as Wella, Charro Jeans, Toni & Guy, L'Oreal, and Lynx men's body spray.

Guirado is also known to be an extraordinary talent in playing the violin as a child. She went on to play at the highly prestigious Royal Festival and London's Royal Albert Hall. As a result of her interest in music, she later attended the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

Her appearances on the television show TFI Friday became her big break on tv after which she was the favorite “It Girl” of London. In fact, she has established the Juan Antonio Guriado Foundation , named after her late father, and has launched Guirado Design in London (2013) thereby launching her first collection of luxury silk scarves, fabrics and bespoke wallpapers. Horse riding is another thing Guirado is interested in and riding her horse, Grace Kelly is one of her favorite things to do.

The multi talented star is also a columnist. Yes you heard it right, she writes for her style/ beauty column "Cat Talk" for the online magazine "celebzter.com".

Nevertheless, Universal Music Publishing had signed her from 2000 to 2005. Also, the Welsh girl band "TnT" popularly covered her hit song Shine.

The red headed beauty has dated quite a few men in her days before finally tying the knot with Matt Cheadle of the band i-94 at The Inn on the Green in Cookham Dean, Berkshire on 5 August 2007. Their wedding was covered by OK! Magazine.  She has previously dated hotties such as Calum Best, Sean Brosnan, David Bore Anaz, to name a few.

Model, actor, violinist, columnist, PR and TV personality, you name it and she has done it. That’s a lot to have on one’s plate but her successful career and her super model status earned her a place in FHM’s 100 sexiest women in 1997, 1998, 2003 and 2004.
