As you know that, she is a great chef who has won 2010 James Beard award for Great Lakes Region Chef and she was on the list of Food and Wine Magazine Food and Wine 2008's Best New Chef.

However, were you aware that she is the fiancée of the famous American chief and TV personality Anne Burrell? Anne and Koren engaged in 2012 after dating for two years. They are pondering to marry as soon as possible, but they are extremely busy at their respective jobs. Even at the time of their engagement, Anne had to hit the roads shortly after being engaged because of her busy schedule.

Now moving on to her physical configuration, she is an average tall woman with the height that is speculated to be in between 5 feet and 6 inches to 5 feet and 10 inches. Koren is a comparably slimmer woman unlike her plus sized fit partner Annie. Impressively, Koren has big breasts as well. The ladies sure knows to cook yummy delicious healthy foods and they are 40 plus. They don't need to be no supermodel.

Less people know that Koren served in US army for 9 years. Amazingly, she earned this bizarre experience prior to graduating from Culinary Institute of America.

She learned two important lessons from her time with the military; discipline and attention to details. Koren is often credited for her efforts to open and successfully run the wine bar Avec (2003 established) in collaboration with her mentor Paul Kahan. Prior to Avec, she was the sous chef of Kahan's Blackbird since 1998. She worked in Avec as the chef de cuisine and floor manager until 2012, the year she left the company. The reason why she left is still not known, but she is still a partner in the company.

Prior to her current job at Rusto, she also helped open Claudette and worked there. Before joining Blackbird, she also worked for the entertainment industry as a caretaker for some years.

Nevertheless, Koren has managed to grab many television and other media cook-show appearances as well (including "Top Chef" and "Iron Chef")  

South African cook, Koren has a good knowledge of various Mediterranean and African ingredients, spice and flavors. Moreover, her foods are also inspired by the cusine of Europe's wine regions.
