In this video Buzzfeed does the leg work of finding some men that need to cut some body fat and that are willing to accept that challenge of cutting as much as possible in 30 days. In this video Buzzfeed goes over High intensity interval training and low intensity interval training and how both are useful when exercising and gaining muscle / losing fat. However, not all the cutting can be done in the weight room. Serious sacrifices have to made in the kitchen as well. And increased diet in vegetables and protein will help anyone cut massive weight.
