Cold Boiling
This video is about the properties of water with little to no atmospheric pressure. We learn that water contains vapor that can be released more easily when there is no atmospheric pressure to hold down this vapor. A vacuum is used to remove the atmospheric pressure around the water and we can see that it will began to boil with little to no pressure because there is nothing to hold down the vapor inside! Although the title may seem strange, maybe even an oxymoron, we see that it makes perfect sense throughout the video! As the atmospheric pressure decreases we see the water actually drop in temperature as it boils! The water continues to drop in temperature until it freezes while boiling.
