AJ Styles is known as an American professional wrestler currently signed to WWE. He is most famous for being a top wrestler for WWE, NJPW, and TNA.
Allen Neal Jones was born on June 2, 1977 in Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. AJ Styles was born in an extremely poor home and was raised by his father who was an exceptionally heavy drinker. He went to Johnson High School, Gainesville, Georgia and proceeded to Anderson University in South Carolina yet dropped out of school to prepare as a wrestler in a professional wrestling school. He took jobs like driving ambulances and cutting individuals' gardens to support himself.
AJ Styles started his career in professional wrestling in 1998. He lost his first professional battle in a National Championship Wrestling (NCW) match, hosted in Georgia to Michael Brooks. He wrestled as Mr Olympia and was prepared by Rick Michaels who he later vanquished in a title battle in 2001. AJ Styles signed an agreement for the wrestling establishment TNA (Total Nonstop Action) in 2002 which spread over till 2013 when he joined another wrestling organization, called New Japan Pro Wrestling. His excellent work in NJPW caught the attention of WWE who eventually signed him and made his boyhood dreams come true.
In August 2019, AJ Styles defended his United States Championship against high flying contender, Ricochet. Near the end of the bout, Ricochet's knee gave out on him and Styles pounced by applying the Calf Crusher. Ricochet got away and connected with the Anaconda Vise. Understanding his way to triumph included wiping out AJ's stablemates Anderson and Gallows from the match, Ricochet cleared them out at ringside. The diversion provided Styles an opening to attack the challenger up top. Ricochet fended him off and laid into Gallows once more. That subsequent diversion led to Ricochet flying directly into the holding up arms of Styles, who hit the Styles Clash for the victory.
AJ Styles is married to his high school sweetheart, Wendy Jones, who works as a teacher. They met in high school and started dating in February 1996. He dated his better half Wendy for around four years before taking her to the special area for loving couples and tying the marital knot in a lovely wedding service in the year 2000. Their marriage has produced four lovely children. His firstborn child, Ajay Jones is a football player and has his father's help to prosper.
