Knapp was born on thirty-first July, 1989 in Avonmore, Pennysylvania. She spent her early childhood days in the ouskirts of North Carolina. After moving to Los Angeles at the age of eighteen, Knapp started to host a popular internet video channel titled ’Project Lore’, which was about a popular video game called ’World of Warcraft’. According to her biography, she worked as a model before her entry into the film industry. She had made her first appearance in her debut movie titled ’Couples Retreat’ in 2009. With the onset of the year 2012, she was offered roles in various projects like ’Project X’, and ’So Undercover’ as ’Taylor Jaffe’. In 2013, Knapp added two more projects to her name which included ’Vamp U’, in which she played the role of ’Samantha’, and ’Cavemen’ in which she portaryed the character called ’Kat’. Her career sky rocketed further with the role of ’Stacie Conrad’ in ’Pitch Perfect’.

She has also starred in ten episodes for ’Ground Floor’ as the character ’Tori’ in the year 2013 to 2014. The year 2014 brought Knapp some more fame with projects like ’The Dorm’ in which she played the role of ’Ms. Bloom’, ’Grace’ where she portrayed ’Jessica’, and ’The Anomaly’ in which she acted as ’Dana’.
