Bert Kreischer is an American stand-up comedian, reality television star, and actor. He was born on November 3, 1972, in Tampa, Florida where his mother worked in early childhood development and his father worked as a real-estate attorney. Kreischer attended a private Jesuit high school before attending Florida State University where he majored in English and was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. During his sixth year at FSU, the university was ranked number one by The Princeton Review in their annual list of top "party schools" in 1997.
Later that year, Kreischer gained fame when he was the focus of a 6-page article in Rolling Stone who named him "the top partier at the Number One Party School in the country." The article was titled, "Bert Kreischer: The Undergraduate" and examined his uncanny ability to party which often included heavy drinking. Part of his hallmark signature is performing his stand-up routine shirtless and has retained his reputation as a party animal to this day. He hosted a number of reality television shows, many of which saw him performing crazy stunts at exotic locations. Kreischer's adventures earned him the nickname "The Machine" and he also hosts a podcast and has appeared numerous times on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
