Career Beginnings in Meteorology
Bonnie Schneider began her broadcasting career as a weekend meteorologist at KPLC-TV in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She gained national attention while working with Bloomberg Television during Hurricane Sandy, delivering forecasts and analysis from the network's New York City headquarters. Around this time, she appeared on a live panel for the Huffington Post Live to discuss the storm and was also interviewed by Mike Huckabee on a national radio broadcast.
