Carl Frampton was born on February 21, 1987 in Shore Road, Belfast, United Kingdom. The Tiger's Bay territory of Belfast was constructed to house the common laborers who toiled for the huge shipbuilder Harland and Wolff, manufacturers of the Titanic. It's from this unassuming neighborhood that Carl Frampton comes, through the Midland Boxing Club where he began battling in his childhood.

Career

Northern Ireland's Carl Frampton has been one of the best fighters in the United Kingdom as far back as his days as a beginner fighter. In the wake of turning professional in 2009, "The Jackal" immediately climbed the top positions in the 122-pound division and won a big showdown in 2014. In the wake of unifying together 122-pound titles in mid-2016, Frampton went to the United States and asserted a 126-pound big showdown in a Fight of the Year candidate.

Carl Frampton celebrated a big win after his fifth-round TKO of Chris Avalos in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on February 28, 2015.  Presently a former two-division champion, the Belfast local has turned out to be a standout amongst the most powerful fighters on earth.
