Cliff grew up in Long Beach and attended California State University, Long Beach where he became fascinated with the mystery of Bigfoot. Barackman has decided to devote his life to researching what many consider a mythical creature.
Cliff married his long time girlfriend, Melissa, in Long Beach and the couple now lives in Portland, Oregon. Melissa is a make-up artist specializing in film and television and the couple is happily married. In addition to being a television producer and co-host, Barackman is also a jazz guitarist and composer; writing some of the music used in the Bigfoot television series. In the television series, which is now entering its ninth season, Barackman travels to all corners of the globe to prove that the elusive Bigfoot truly exists.
