<p>Long got married to Dabara Houston in 1981 with whom he had a son named Edward. The marriage was brief before the couple got divorced. Fearing for their safety, Houston took her little son with her and ran away from their Fairburn home. Long denied all the allegations. The custody of their 2-year-old son was awarded to Houston.</p>

She filed for divorce but ultimately returned to her marriage determined to share her experience and guide others.</p>

<p>Bishop Eddie Long was accused of taking advantage of young men who visited his church and tried to sexually assault them. After the suit was filed against him, his followers started asking questions. The long queue of cars lined up outside his church on Sunday mornings started disappearing.
