DeMarcus Omar Ware was born on July 31, 1982, in Auburn, Alabama. DeMarcus Ware is a son of Otis Pitts and Brenda Ann Ware. He has one sister called Jakeithia Ware. His height is 6ft 4 in and weight 258lb. He is famously known as the dominant defensive end and linebacker for Dallas Cowboy, the American football team. He retires in 2017 as a 12-year-veteran with Dallas Cowboy and Super Bowl champion with Denver Broncos. Recently, he joined Dancing With The Stars new season.
Personal Life
According to Sports Day, Ware married his high school sweetheart Taniqua Smith in 2005. Taniqua Smith is known to be an ex-member of Air Force and her father worked in the police. It was also reported that Taniqua Smith had difficulty during pregnancy and one of his newborn children also passed away because of post-birth complications. Taniqua quoted in Sports Day interview that "Food was the way to his heart,". The couple adopted a daughter and named it Marley. In one of the Sports Day article, Ware named his daughter after his favorite singer, Bob Marley. The couple divorced in 2012. Since then Ware had been single and he said that he is not ready for any sort of relationships.
Ware’s career almost ended early. In a Sports Illustrated interview, “But in 2009 I had my career almost ended by a neck injury. I started thinking seriously about life after football. Now it’s like, I’ve had a fulfilled career, I know what I want, and it’s business. You have to move on knowing you created a lot of relationships you still have, and now this is another hurdle. Just jump and keep running as long as you can.”, revealed Ware.

Early years
Ware was born was born on July 31, 1982, in Auburn, Alabama. He attended Ogletree Elementary School. He graduated high school from Auburn High School. During his high school years, Ware played various of sports such as football, basketball, baseball and running the track. According to the one of NFL’s article in 2012, Ware has total 106 sacks and 30 forced fumbles through eight seasons. In six games, Ware has 6.5 sacks and three forced fumbles.
College Career
Ware furthered his undergraduate study in Troy University after offered a scholarship from the said university. Ware earned a degree in business information systems from Troy University. Was is the first member of his family that graduated from college and in degree. According to Tracking Football, Ware was one of the top performers in the long jump. His best record is PB of 7.14 meters. He could run 55 meters in 6.74 seconds and had a personal-best jump of 1.94 meters in the high jump.

According to Sun Belt Sports, Ware was awarded the Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year for the Troy Trojans football team. It is known that Ware was really active in sports and because of his performance in sports, he was awarded a scholarship at the university. Ware started his professional career in 2005. After playing for college for a long duration, Ware had a chance to play with Cowboys and this was the first time he was playing with a professional team. The full name of the team was Dallas Cowboys and he joined the team in 2005. The first match he played was against San Diego Chargers and he contributed in the match by winning the game.

Later in 2011 and 2012, he played extremely well in all the series and Ware even got a chance to play in Pro Bowl. In 2014, Ware was released from Cowboys and he then signed a contract with Denver Broncos. In NFL’s article stated that Ware is ranked 36th in NFL Top 100 Players od 2016.
In 2016, according to NFL, Ware had to undergo a surgery on his broken arm during the second week against the Colts. The injury required 4-5 weeks to recover. In 2017, finally, he retires from football scene.

He retires in 2017 as a 12-year-veteran with Dallas Cowboy and Super Bowl champion with Denver Broncos. Ware announced his retirement through his Twitter account (@DeMarcusWare). In April 2017, after his announcement about retirement from NFL, Ware signed a one-day contract to retire as Dallas Cowboy.

In September 2018, Ware announced in his Twitter (@DeMarcusWare) that he will join Dancing with the Stars new season and is very excited with the news. According to 9News, Ware will be partnered with professional dancer Lindsay Arnold.
