Evelyn Melendez is most known for her marriage with American singer, Jordan Knight.
Evelyn Melendez has not revealed public information about her family background and education history.
Evelyn Melendez worked as a model before she had a child with Jordan Knight. She then dedicated her life to raising her family.
Evelyn and Jordan Knight began dating in the late 1990's. They had their first child, Dante Jordan Knight, in August of 1999. They got married in 2004 and had their second child, Eric Jacob Knight, in February of 2007.
Her husband, Jordan was a lead singer of the popular pop group New Kids on the Block that was widely successful during the 1980's and 1990's. The band sold over eighty million records worldwide.
Jordan Knight has played out the song "I'll Be Loving You (Forever)" to a huge number of fans in many communities around the world. It was the sweet and unconstrained time that he serenaded the lady he'll really be cherishing perpetually, at their wedding, which welcomed the New Kids on the Block singer to tears.
When Jordan was asked about the moment that he sang the song in a 2004 pre-marriage ceremony to Evelyn, he said, "It was somewhat impromptu, There was a piano on wheels and a friend of mine pushed it in and was like, 'And, now Jordan’s going to sing, 'I’ll Be Loving You (Forever)!' He put me on the spot, so I sang it. "She loved it. When I was singing, I was really feeling it and meaning it, so I think she knew that. We both cried and it was definitely a beautiful moment."
While numerous artists feel burnt out on singing their greatest hits, in actuality, Knight says three decades later he despite everything feels honored each time he gets the opportunity to play out the tune. To have the option to sing a melody like that and realize that everyone knows it and it went to number one has been extraordinary for him.
Since he was youthful, he sang in the congregation ensemble and singing was simply consistently an adoration for him. To have a melody like that and have the option to convey that into his high school and grown-up life, it resembles everything else is what tops off an already good thing. He thinks back and fell that all he needs is to be capable to sing that one tune.'
He genuinely feels the same way performing it now as he did at that point. It doesn't get old to him in light of the fact that the tune is beautiful to such an extent that it's ideal to sing each night. He never needs to go on autopilot. He can generally feel it when he sings it. He thinks about his significant other, of the individuals in his band, his mother, and his children. It just never gets old for him. The hit was composed by music producer Maurice Starr, who framed New Kids on the Block during the '80s, on the rear of his success with the Boston R&B group, New Edition.
