<a href="/biography/jacob-hoggard">Jacob William Hoggard</a> is a <a href="/biography/jacob-hoggard">singer</a> who came to limelight after participating in the second season of the TV program “Canadian Idol”, where he finished in the third place. He is the lead <a href="/biography/jacob-hoggard">singer</a> of the band “<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hedley_(band)">Hedley</a>”, and he also play a very important role as a song writer and lyricist too. Jacob was born on July 09, 1984 in Surrey, in the Canadian British Columbia, and he was raised between Abbotsford and Surrey. He learnt to play Piano at the early age of four thanks to the lessons of his aunt. Later, when he was twelve, he taught himself to play the guitar. He received a formal education at the “Senator Reid Elementary School and Mennonite Educational Institute”, at the “Yale Secondary School” in Abbotsford, and, finally, at the “L A Matheson Secondary School”. He formed the band “<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hedley_(band)">Hedley</a>” together with four friends, taking inspiration for the name from a small mining town in Canada whose name is exactly “<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hedley_(band)">Hedley</a>”.

Jacob married his high school girlfriend in 2004, and their marriage lasted till the year 2009. The end of their relationship was due to the fact he cheated on his wife by having an affair with another girl. After the separation, Jacob started dating that same girl. Jacob has been effective in keeping private the details of his private life. We know about the marriage and divorce with Tammy, but it’s not known if the couple ever had any children, of if Jacob ever had any children with another woman.
