Kerry Sayers is an American anchor, reporter and television host who was born on July 11, 1971, in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She grew up with a keen interest in sports and attended Mercy High School in her hometown in Michigan. Following her high school graduation, Sayers went on to attend the University of Michigan where she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree. Sayers career in journalist first began in 1994 when she landed a job at WILX-TV in Lansing, Michigan. After some time at the station, Sayers was promoted to a job in the sports department. Sayers eventually moved on to Empire Sports Network in Buffalo, New York where she was an anchor and reporter.
After two years with Empire Sports Network, Sayers was hired with Fox SportsNet Ohio in 200 where she interviewed NBA icon, Lebron James, when he was still just a junior in high school. Sayers occasionally took new jobs at various networks over the next decade and in March of 2015, Sayers would land her most notable job yet as a host and reporter for the daily television show "Through the Decades". Sayers married her fiance Matt Doucet on June 17, 2011, and went on to have a boy and a girl.
