Kim Tae-hyung, better known by his stage name V, is a South Korean singer and actor. He was born on December 30, 1995, in the Seo District of Daegu, South Korea, and grew up in Geochang County alongside his younger siblings. From a young age, Kim exhibited a strong interest in music, aspiring to become a professional singer while still in elementary school. To further this dream, he began taking saxophone lessons during middle school. He later graduated from the Korean Arts High School in 2014 and pursued higher education at Global Cyber University, majoring in Broadcasting and Entertainment.
