<h2>Maxine Bahns is an American <a href="/biography/maxine-bahns">actress</a>, model, and triathlete. </h2>

<p>Maxine was born February 28, 1971. She attended New York University with a major in Latin and Greek language and literature and intended to pursue a PhD in classics. She attended acting classes at the famous Beverly Hills Playhouse and ended up finding an abundance of acting work in television series such as Perversions of Science, CSI: NY, Justice, and The Mentalist. She also appeared in Chick Flick, The Elite, and several made for television movies. She also spent time modelling and appeared in magazines such as Sports Illustrated for Women, Glamour, and Maxim.</p>

<p>She began competing in triathlons, including the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ironman_Triathlon">Ironman</a>, in 2001 after moving to Los Angeles, California. She has appeared on the covers of magazines Runner's World, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triathlon">Triathlete</a>, and Fit!. She was briefly married to Peter Cone from 2003 to 2006, but is currently married to <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patrick_Watson_(musician)">Patrick Watson</a>. She married <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patrick_Watson_(musician)">Patrick</a> in October of 2007 and together they have two daughters, Madison Rose (2009) and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harper_Lee">Harper Lee</a> (2012.) The family remains in Los Angeles.</p>
