Mikaela Hoover was born on July 12, 1984 in Colbert, Washington. She was born into a middle-class family as the oldest of four children to Debby and Stan Hoover. Her immigrant parents worked on a farm and her dad also had a cargo business that didn’t go so well. All the children attended a local school.
