Richard Winsor is very commonly known as Dr. Caleb Knight of Casualty. He is an English dancer and actor.

Personal life

Richard was born in 1982 in Nottinghamshire of England. His brother is <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Winsor">Thomas Winsor</a>. <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Winsor">Thomas</a> is Her Majesty’s <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Winsor">Chief Inspector</a> since 2012. His mother, Louella Winsor ran a dance school and thus, dancing was in his blood. In his teenage, he was not too much into dancing and focused more on sports. By the age of 16, he understood his passion for dance and applied to dance college.

He has a good relationship with his mother. Louella visits his every performance. Once Richard stated that his mother is the best fan and also the biggest critic. Richard talks a lot about his mother and his childhood. He is very open about his childhood and career path. When it comes to romantic relationships, media never knew about any of his partners. In 2005, in an interview while talking about his dressing styles, he quoted that his girlfriend does not like his style of dressing. He did not mention her name and he never quoted about her elsewhere till date. The above mentioned girlfriend never shared the screen with him. There were no pictures of him with his girlfriend in any social media. There are no details to whether he is still associated with her in a relationship. It is not known whether he is in any romantic relationships as of now. He is not known to have been married. He was never a part of any affair. Career

Richard took his education at Ranby House and Workshop College. He also got trained in a school of ballet for three years. He also took up music and drama classes. He toured with his ballet class for about a year and made some remarkable performances. He has danced in Royal Opera House and also in Bolero. After graduation, he became a part of Matthew Bourne productions for Adventures in Motion Pictures project. He joined the company tour of Car Man in 2001 and continued the tour to many other countries like Japan and France. He performed many theatre productions and won laurels for his performance.

In 2010, he played the role of Tomas in StreetDance 3D and gained appreciation. He took up many other film roles too. He was voted as the sexiest dancer by Elle Magazine. He appeared in many special photo pages with the magazine.
