Hunter King is an American actress who is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Adriana Masters on Nick at Nite’s American family drama Hollywood Heights. Hunter King was born Hayley Ashley King on October 20, 1993, in Ventura, California. Hunter began her career acting at a theater in Augora Hills, California. Her professional career started with guest-starring roles in the television shows Roswell, Hidden Hills, and Hannah Montana. While working on the show Hollywood Heights, Hunter met the producer of the soap opera The Young and the Restless, Jill Farren-Phelps. Jill gave Hunter a part on the show without her even having to audition. Hunter debuted on the daytime soap opera in October of 2012, playing the role of Summer Newman.
Hunter has been nominated for two awards for her performance as Summer: Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Daytime TV Series-Young Actress, and the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series. In 2015, Hunter joined the cast of the CBS Comedy series Life in Pieces. Hunter King became engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Nico Svoboda, in August of 2018. Hunter and Nico met on the set of Young and the Restless, where Nico was part of the crew.
