Joyce, who is now India's stylist, has been a source of inspiration for India. It was Joyce who took care of the children after her divorce from Ralph. Joyce took the children to Georgia, Atlanta after her divorce from Ralph when India was 13 years old. One instrument that has inspired India the most is the guitar. She mastered guitar while studying at Savannah College of Arts and Design.
