Jamie Denton 

James Thomas Denton, Jr. was born on January 20, 1963 in Nashville, Tennessee to James Denton and Mary Jean Woolslair Denton. His father, J.T. Denton was a dentist who had served in the military. He also has two siblings. He grew up in nearby Goodlettsville. James attended Goodlettsville High School and after graduated it, he studied in television/Journalism in the University of Tennessee. During the College years he also was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He graduated with a degree in Advertising.

At first he sold advertising for two radio stations, he also began acting in the theater of Nashville in the age of 23. Her first film acting experience came to James with a movies “A Streetcar Named Desire”, "Lapin Lapin" while he lived in Chicago. He also was a member of The Griffin Theater and at Strawdog Theater Ensemble. During the years in Chicago he was the leads in the world premiere of "Flesh and Blood", he was appeared in the numerous plays. Jason performed in the Night Hank Williams Died" and also composed the music. Denton was in the nomination for the best actor by "Joseph Jefferson Award".

He moved to Los Angeles, California when he decided to continuing actor career. During 1993 – 1996 he appeared in the several films, including: “Thieves Quartet”, “Basic Football”, “Hunter's Moon”, “Sliders”, “Moloney”, “Dark Skies” and TV series “JAG”. For a while he was credited as Jamie Denton, he appeared in the movie “That Old Feeling” in the 1997. At the same year he played in “Face/Off” and TV series “The Pretender”. While he appeared in the movies he also continued to perform on stage during hiatus from TV series in that he involved. In the 1998 he was involved in movie “Primary Colors”, playing role of Mitch. Jason Denton appeared in some independent movies of his friend Mike Petty like "In Walked Monk" where he played the role of Steven or “Locked Up Down Shorty's" with the role of Danny during 1999-2001. Since then, he has made his appearances in a number of other TV shows and movies like "Two Guys", "a Girl and a Pizza Place", "Ally McBeal", "The West Wing", "The Drew Carey Show", "Threat Matrix" and “Desperate Housewives”. The last works of him include: "Grace Unplugged", "Good Witch", "Devious Maids", and "For Love and Honor". He also won on Teen Choice Awards for playing in “Desperate Housewives”.

Jason was married twice. His first wife Jenna Lyn Ward was married with him in 1997, but after only three years together they had divorced. He married to Erin O'Brien On December 16, 2002. Erin O'Brien Denton was a personal trainer at Life Time Fitness. The couple welcomed two children. The family lived in Glendale, California and then moved to Chanhassen near Minneapolis, Minnesota. Denton is one of the owners of an independent minor league baseball team in Fullerton, the “Orange County Flyers” they won the GBL Championship in 2008. Jason Denton has a net worth of $7 million dollars.
