Jay Philip McGraw was born September 12th 1979, in Wichita County, Texas. He's the son of Philip McGraw popularly known as Dr Phil, he's also the brother of Jordan who is a popular musician. He attended University of Texas and Southern Methodist University. He's an author and Television producer.
