Kennya Baldwin is an American graphic designer who is best known as being the wife of actor Stephen Baldwin. Steven Baldwin is an American actor, producer, and author who has appeared in the films Born on the Fourth of July (1989), Posse (1993), Threesome (1994), and The Usual Suspects (1995); he also starred in the television series The Young Riders from 1989 to 1992. Kennya Baldwin was born on August 2, 1968, in Brazil; her father is Eumir Deodato de Almeida, a Grammy Award winning Brazilian pianist, composer, and record producer who is known for his eclectic melding of genres. Kennya attended York Preparatory School, continuing her studies at the Parsons School of Design, where she studied graphic design. Kennya met Stephen in 1987 and they were married in 1990.
She is credited for bringing Stephen back to his faith which has lead to Baldwin’s founding of the born again Christian ministries Anitoch Ministry, Now More Than Ever, and the Breakthrough Ministry. The couple has two daughters, Alaia Baldwin and Hailey Rhode Baldwin, both of whom are models. Hailey is currently engaged and Alaia married Andrew Aronow in September of 2017. Kennya Baldwin resides with her husband in Nyack, New York.
