Kristen Storms, an American actress, was born on April 8, 1984, in Orlando, Florida, to Karen Storms and sportscaster Mike Storms. She has a younger sister named Gretchen, a brother named Austin, and a stepbrother named Chris. From a young age, Kristen expressed her ambition to become an actress, specifically stating at age five her desire to appear on a soap opera. Her parents supported her by enrolling her in acting lessons and sending her to an intensive children’s acting camp in the Catskills, New York.

Early Acting Career

Kristen began her acting career in 1989 with a commercial for "Galoob Baby Doll." Her early television experience included a role in the ABC series Second Noah in 1996. She secured her first lead role in the Disney Channel series Sing Me a Story with Belle in 1999. That same year, her family relocated to Los Angeles, California, to better support her acting pursuits.

Breakthrough in Soap Operas

From 1999 to 2004, Kristen gained prominence for her role as Isabella "Belle" Black on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives. This role earned her several accolades, including the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Child Actor in 2001 and the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Drama Series: Leading Young Actress in 2002.

Shortly after, she appeared as Betsy Young in the drama series Clubhouse from 2004 to 2005.
