Mariya Putina, also known as Maria Vorontsova, is the eldest daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his former wife, Lyudmila Putina. She was born on April 28, 1985, in Leningrad, then part of the Soviet Union (now Saint Petersburg, Russia). Mariya pursued her higher education at Saint Petersburg State University and later studied medicine at Moscow State University, specializing in endocrinology.

Personal Life and Marriage

Mariya Putina is reported to be married to Jorrit Faassen, a Dutch businessman. Faassen moved to Moscow around 2006 and held a position in Gazprom’s business development division.
