He started his career in NFL in coaching in the year 1992, when he coached as a Linebackers coach for the team Pittsburgh Steeler. He coached the team till 1995 and became much popular there as a coach because of his performances there. He also coached other teams like Baltimore Ravens from the year 1996 till 2001 and Washington Redskins in the year 2002. He is currently associated with the team Cincinnati Bengals since the year 2003 and has been very popular there. He is acting as the head coach for the team. According to his NFL stats he has coached in over 200 games and has an impressive win percentage of over 50% and has been awarded multiple times in his career for his performances.
