Megan Henderson was raised in Southern California, where her passion for journalism became evident from a young age. She attended Corona High School before enrolling at Arizona State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism. Henderson began her broadcasting career in Wichita Falls, Texas, working for both CBS and NBC affiliates. She later moved to Salt Lake City, where she found success anchoring the morning show "Good Day Utah." Her growing recognition led her to Dallas, Texas, where she joined KDFW, a Fox affiliate, in 2003. At KDFW, she co-anchored the nationally recognized and top-rated morning show "Good Day."

After five successful years in Dallas, Megan appeared as a guest host on several episodes of "Fox & Friends" in 2008, further enhancing her national presence. Later that year, she transitioned to her current position at KTLA in Los Angeles, where she anchors the KTLA Morning News.
