Mia Kang is a Chinese model who was born on December 30, 1988, in Hong Kong, China. Kang's father is from Britain where he worked at Oxford University and her mother was from South Korea. She grew up with four half-brothers and half-sisters and attended Island School in Hong Kong. Kang went on to obtain her master's degree in finance and finance law from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. She has talked about being bullied while growing up because of obesity problems. Her problems would not stick with her for long because as she grew older she became a model. Kang even went on to become one of the most famous models in Hong Kong with appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine, Elle, and Harper's Bazar.
In 2016, Kang won the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search Competition and went on to appear on the American talk show "The O'Reilly Factor". Throughout her career, Kang has modeled for many ad campaigns for brands including Levi's, Triumph, Pizza Hut, Aveda, and Guess. Despite being in the international spotlight, Kang has done an impressive job of keeping her personal life private and has not disclosed if she is in a relationship.
