Nina Kouprianova, born on October 19, 1988, in Moscow, Russia, is a Russian-American political analyst, photographer, and translator. She moved to Canada with her family during childhood when her father accepted a position as a scientist. Bilingual in Russian and English, Kouprianova developed an early interest in photography, which later became a creative pursuit alongside her academic and professional work.
She pursued higher education at the University of Toronto, where she completed a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Modern and Contemporary Russian Culture with a concentration in American foreign policy. Her academic background established a foundation for her later work as a commentator on international affairs and Russian cultural and political topics.
Kouprianova is known for her work in translating and promoting Russian nationalist writers, particularly the controversial political theorist Alexander Dugin. Her efforts have focused on disseminating Russian political philosophy to English-speaking audiences. In addition to translation, she has contributed political commentary to several online platforms where she addresses topics related to Russian politics and culture, often through a critical lens.

In 2009, Kouprianova met American political activist Richard B. Spencer, widely recognized for his association with the Alt-Right movement. They married in 2010 after a year of dating and had their first child in 2014. Although they separated in 2016, the couple briefly reconciled in 2017 to focus on co-parenting their daughter.
