Paige Hathaway is an American fitness, health, and lifestyle instructor who was born on July 31, 1987, in Minnesota, in the United States. Her parents divorced when she was 4 and she was taken by her mother to Texas but they were tracked by police who placed her in the care of her grandmother. Hathaway grew up playing soccer in high school and even considered pursuing a career in athletics. She has made a name for herself as a fitness instructor and has over 11 million Instagram followers. Hathaway competed at the 2012 Ronnie Coleman Classic where she ranked second. In 2013, Hathaway was named the FLEX August 2013 Bikini Model Search Winner. The same year she appeared at the BodyPower UK Expo as part of the Gymshark team.
Her career took off afterward and she went on to appear in magazines including Fitness Gurls, Women's Health and Fitness, Oxygen, Inside Fitness, MOST, Livid Magazine, Muscular Development and more. Hathaway runs her fitness and health business from her own website where she offers her "Fit in 5" challenge. The challenge is designed to make people fit in 5 weeks. Hathaway was eventually signed by the nutritional supplement company Shredz. She is dating former "Bachelorette" star Chase McNary since March of 2017.
