Paige Spara was born on August 9, 1989 in Washington, Pennsylvania. Paige was born as the middle child of Kim Spara and Kevin. She is an alum of Washington High School, from where she graduated in 2008, and Park University, Pittsburgh, where she went through two years studying acting. After moving on from Park University, Paige moved to Marymount Manhattan College and studied Theater Performance. She acquired a degree from the school in 2012.
Spara started her acting career in her initial teenagers. She began her craft as a member of the Kids' Theater Works. She then joined the Irondale Theater in New York City and the Pittsburgh Community Theater to sharpen her acting skills. Before the actress won her first on-screen role, she worked in New York City as a guide for a Gossip Girl tour visit.
Paige appeared in a few commercials, including for Forevermark Jewelry, Sally Hansen Nails and Volkswagen Golf. Paige eventually encountered an achievement in her career after she tried out and won the role of a main character named Audrey Piatigorsk in Kevin from Work, featuring in 10 episodes of the sitcom before it was dropped.
