Gasol spent seven seasons with the Memphis Grizzlies. A foot injury limited his play during parts of the 2006–2007 season. Later that year, he was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. In 2008, Gasol made his debut with the Lakers and helped lead the team to the NBA Finals, where they were runners-up.
