He was born in Huntington, New York, U.S and is a Native American. He developed an interest in acting and comedy while he was very young in age. Paul was known to have a good sense of humor and was known to be having a witty mind while he was very young in age and hence he followed his interest and passion and skills to develop a career in comedy and acting and became much successful in that.
