Her birth name is Patricia Anne Stratigeas, but she is better known as Trish Stratus. Patricia is now an instructor for Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. She imparts her lessons inside the Vaughan Mills Shopping Complex, more precisely in her own five thousand and two hundred squares gym. Years before this, she was a World Wrestling Entertainment’s Wrestler.

She was born on December the 18th in 1975; her home town is Richmond Hill, Ontario in Canada. She grew up in her home town and there she attended high school, as it was mentioned earlier. After graduating from high school, she went to the York University. She studied kinesiology and biology as well as practice sports such as field hockey and soccer during her time there. Time that was shortened by a strike made by the faculty in 1997. She then started to work as a receptionist at a gym in Richmond Hill. One day, while she was at her work, she was approached by the publisher of the magazine MuscleMag International. He asked her to do a test shoot. This was later published and she was portrayed on the cover of the May use of 1998. After that, she signed a two year contract. This meant for her to be showcased on various covers of magazines for about six months.

At the same time, she had to keep her body in shape. It was during this time that she became the third host of Live Audio Wrestling, a sports talk Canadian radio. The two other hosts that were Big Daddy Donnie and Jeffrey James Marek, who is best known as Jeff Marek. This last host is a television and radio personality that works for properties that originate or are based in Stouffville, Ontario Canada.

She signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment; the company sent her to train under the guidance of Ron Hutchison, a professional wrestler. She trained with Hutchison at the Sully's Gym. The Sully’s Gym was the place where the World Wrestling Entertainment had sent her.

Patricia got her stage name when she debuted in March of 2000. She was playing the role of a bad guy when she appeared in the wrestling show Sunday Night Heat. After that her career seemed to go upwards. In 2001 she won the WWE Women's Championship, then in 2002 she won the WWE Hardcore Championship, and in 2003, at the nineteenth edition of WrestleMania she won the Women's Championship.

Personal Life

He met the woman that would later become his wife in 1992. This was during the time they both were attending the Bayview Secondary School; they started dating then and continuing doing it so far more or less fourteen years. They finally got married in September of 2006. They resided together with their child, a son, in Toronto, Ontario in Canada. Their son was born in September of 2013. The child name is Maximus.
