Ambra Battilana Gutierrez is a Filipina-Italian model who was born on May 15, 1992, in Turin, Italy. She was spotted in a beauty contest by Silvio Berlusconi who guaranteed her a high paying job as a weather girl. She discovered that underage girls were being used at a Bunga Bunga party associated with Berlusconi and reported it to Italian magistrates. Gutierrez became successful as a model and was a finalist for Miss Italy. She has also been featured in prominent fashion magazines including GQ Italy. American media has covered Gutierrez for her role in the #MeToo movement against sexual harassment in Hollywood. Gutierrez accused Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein of sexually assaulting her in 2015. She says they were reviewing her portfolio and she was not fluent in English at the time. Gutierrez filed a police report against Weinstein and even wore a wire when she met with him the next day.

He admitted to groping her and apologized but the District Attorney did not press charges due to a lack of evidence. The whole ordeal has caused Gutierrez to be virtually blacklisted from the modeling industry. She even signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Weinstein although she claims she didn't fully understand what she was signing at the time.
