Manuela Arbelaez

Manuela Arbeláez Correa is a Colombian-born American actress and model. Her work on the television game shows The Price Is Right is perhaps what she is best known for.

Background and Early Life

Manuela Arbeláez was born on September 9, 1988, in Medellin, Colombia, to Luis Carlos Arbeláez and Gloria Correa, but she moved to the United States in 2006 and settled in West New York, New Jersey, where she continues to live. Shortly after relocating to the United States, Arbeláez was selected as one of the finalists for the 2008 season of Nuestra Belleza Latina, a beauty contest/reality show hybrid that aired on the American Spanish-language television channel Univision. She finished in sixth place overall in the competition in 2008.

Manuela is a bright young lady, but there is currently no information about her educational background, including the schools she attended and the colleges to which she was admitted.

Career

She was one of five finalists in The Price Is Right Model Search competition, which took place later in 2008. During an episode of the game show, which aired in October 2008, each finalist posed for photographs. The winner was selected through an online fan vote and won the opportunity to tape five additional episodes.

Despite the fact that Arbeláez did not win the contest, she made an impression on The Price Is Right producers, who hired her as a model for the show the following year.

The following season, she returned to the industry as a regular model. When Complex magazine published its list of The 25 Hottest Game Show Eye Candy in 2012, Arbeláez was ranked first on the list.

Robin Thicke's song "It's in the Mornin" featured Arbeláez, who appeared in the music video for that song in 2010.

In June 2010, she was cast as a guest star on the ABC soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful, which aired for two episodes. Arbeláez appeared as the lead actress in the music video for "Loving You No More," which was directed by Diddy-Dirty Money and featured Drake. She was among the trophy models at the 54th Grammy Awards, which took place on February 12, 2012.

On April 2, 2015, she accidentally revealed the winning choice during the "Five Price Tags" game, resulting in the contestant receiving a $21,960 car.

The resulting video, which was posted by the show on YouTube, quickly went viral, garnering more than 15 million views.

Personal life

She has been married to Matthew Doherty since February 17, 2018, and they have two children. Announcing their pregnancy on Instagram on February 17, 2019, the couple's first wedding anniversary revealed that they are expecting their first child, a girl, in August 2019.
