Sarah has had a history of relationships with Sheen being the latest addition to her list of relationships. Her first boyfriend was comedian Kevin Brennan, whom she has mentioned about, in her autobiography as being the man with whom she slept, for the first time. They apparently had a break-up soon and Sarah got into her second known relationship with fellow comedian Dave Attell in 1989, the relationship not lasting for even a year. The next year, she started dating Colin Quinn, another comedian at the Saturday night live before breaking up eventually, the same year and getting into another relation which lasted much longer when compared to her previous relationships. The relationship was with acclaimed Mexican comedian Louis Szekely, famously called Louis C.K. and the relationship went smooth till it lasted, before rumors surfaced about Louis dating Alix Bailey to him he eventually married in 1995.

She started dating Garry Shandling soon after she interacted with her for the first time on the famous sitcom The Larry Sanders Show that was aired on HBO for four years. However, that was soon drafted off as an encounter and rumors about a supposed affair drifted away. Her sixth relationship a span of 8 years started off on a reportedly romantic note with director Sam Seder. They broke up within the span of a year but they were allegedly rumored to be romancing each other years later, when Sam Seder directed Sarah on a movie.

Sarah started seeing actor David Cross, after they met for the first time on Mr. Show with Bob, both being part of the cast. As expected, the two separated quite soon and Sarah was supposedly alone till she started dating producer Tom Gianas, who produced Sarah Silverman: Jesus is magic. The couple was in a relationship for a year and even co-wrote a movie script together, before separating. After a series of relationships which though didn’t include any scandals, she started dating actor Jimmy Kimmel. This relationship is thus far, Sarah’s longest relationship, which too had its share of conflicts and even a mild break-up, before eventually breaking up in 2008, ending a 6 year old relation.

After the break-up with Jimmy, one expected her to take time, before choosing her next partner but her eagerness to get into a relationship seemed to defy all that as she started dating another actor Rob Huebel in 2008. This relationship, too didn’t last long and they broke up paving way for her relationships with Alec Sulkin and Kyle Dunnigan, both lasting a year each. Her relationship with Michael Sheen has been steady so far but marriage doesn’t seem to be in the thick of things for this serious comedian. As a result, divorce too seems out of the picture at the moment for Sarah!
