Alex Wolff is an actor, songwriter, guitarist and drummer. He became known due to his role in the musical comedy series The Naked Brothers Band (2007-2009). This TV show distributed by Nickelodeon was created and produced by his mother Polly Draper.

Alex and his brother Nat recorded two soundtrack albums – The Naked Brothers Band and I Don’t Want to Go to School. They were both produced by their father, Michael Wolff. The two brothers formed a duo Nat & Alex Wolff. In 2011 they released another album called Black Sheep.

Nickelodeon debut

When he was 8 years old, Alex Wolff started his career as actor. In 2005 he was part of the comedy film The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie. It was written and directed by Polly Draper, his mother. This movie was actually the pilot for the TV series The Naked Brothers Band which aired between 2007 and 2009. Alex was involved in creating lyrics, vocals and instrumentation for the show. Michael Wolff produced and supervised the music. The show had two albums released. One of the songs included in the albums, Crazy Car made it to number 23 on Top 200 Billboard Charts.

Acting Career

Alex Wolff played the part of the young boy from the Fall Out Boy music video The Take Over, The Breaks Over (2007). Later, in 2009 he was a cameo in Mr. Troop Man and in the comedy TV series Monk. Moreover, he was involved in other projects – What would Woody Do? – at The Flea Theater and in HBO’s medical drama In treatment. In 2011 he appeared in The Sitter and in 2012 had the lead role in HairBrained. He had also a supporting role in the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2.

Due to his involvement and hard work in The Naked Brothers Band Alex Wolff obtained an Audience Award for a Family Feature Film at the Hamptons International Film Festival in 2005 and a Broadcast Music Cable Award in 2007. In 2008 and 2009 he was nominated for a Young Artist Award. In 2013 he obtained a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement for Best Actor at the Brooklyn Film Festival due to his performance in HairBrained.

Currently the famous Alex Wolff is single but he is not desperate for a relationship. At his age he wants to focus more on his career and improve himself .With his looks it’s not going to be hard for him to find a girlfriend. Even so, starting his acting at a very young age was a big advantage for him. His net worth is unknown but we can suppose that he is living large considering his career.
