Ann Serrano, born in 1960 in Hartford, Connecticut, is an American producer and actress. During her childhood, she was known as Ann Marie Serrano. She began her career as a casting director before transitioning into producing television specials and programs.
Ann Serrano is currently the Principal of George Lopez Presents, a television and film production company. Her previous work includes serving as the executive producer for various projects such as the 2009 Nickelodeon film Mr. Troop Mom, the Warner Premiere holiday film Naughty or Nice, and several stand-up comedy specials by George Lopez, including America’s Mexican and Tall, Dark & Chicano.
Additionally, she has produced notable television specials, including Fifty Years of Music and America’s Hope Award, during which Oprah Winfrey was honored. She is also the co-founder and principal at the Ann and George Lopez Foundation, which is dedicated to community involvement and philanthropy, especially within the Latino community.
