William Thomas Hader Jr., known professionally as Bill Hader, is an American comedian, actor, writer, and producer. He gained widespread recognition during his tenure on the sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live (2005–2013), earning four Primetime Emmy nominations for his performances. Known for his versatility and distinctive impressions, Hader became one of the show's most memorable cast members.
Beyond SNL, Hader contributed as a voice actor and writer to the long-running animated series South Park beginning in 2009. He is also the co-creator and co-star of the acclaimed IFC mockumentary series Documentary Now!, a parody of popular documentary formats.
