Blanca Blanco is an American actress who was born on January 22, 1981, in Watsonville, California, in the United States. Blanco grew up in Watsonville, California with her four siblings and their Mexican immigrant parents. She started taking acting and singing classes as a young girl and performed in several plays with her siblings. She attended Washington State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She also obtained her Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University. Blanco began working as a counselor for hospice patients after finishing school. She eventually transitioned her career to acting in 2010 and landed roles in several independent films such as "Showgirls 2: Penny's From Heaven", "Defending Santa", and "Bullet". In 2016, Blanco continued landing roles in films and appeared in "Teen Star Academy" and "6 Children & 1 Grandfather".
She was given the Arido Award for her contribution to the film industry. In 2018, Blanco won the International Independent Film Festival Award for Best Supporting Actress for the film "Betrayed". The same year, her film "Mission Possible" premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. She is a supporter of several charities and community leader for End of Life issues.
