Britt McHenry

Brittany May "Britt" McHenry is a Washington-based sports reporter working for ESPN network.  She was really an amazing girl so in her childhood, she had great memories.

Early life

Brittany McHenry was born in May 1986 in New Jersey, Mount of Holly Township city. She finished primary school there and high school in Satellite Beach in Florida. After high school she  enrolled to Stetson University, where she played as a soccer in the Hatters team. She graduated from college in 2007 and went to Northwestern's University School of Journalism. While still on journalism studies, she started working as a reporter from Chicago.

Professional life

After the graduation, Britt started professional career in WJLA TV, ABC's television affiliate from Washington. She also worked for their NewsChannel 8 as a field reporter for sports and also anchor when necessary.

She worked for the ABC until 2014, when she move to ESPN, agreeing to cover stories for them from Washington. She contributes to their various sports shows, such as NFL Live, SportsCenter, Baseball Tonight. She was noted for great coverages and interviews on 2014 NFL Draft, when she interviewed third pick Blake Bortles, as well as an interview with Sidney Crosby, big NFL star.

Controversial verbal abuse

This Spring, Britt was the talk of entire online world when a segment of video appeared on LiveLeak, which shows Britt verbally insulting and abusing tow worker. The story was that she left her car over Easter weekend on a parking lot of Chinese restaurant in Virginia, which resulted with the towing. When she came to pick her car from a tow parking lot, she was so angry that, after she said to the woman working at the tow lot that she is a TV reported, she continued with insulting woman's appearance, job, level of education and even intelligence.

After the video became the story of the day/week/month, ESPN suspended her from work for a week. Although public called for a harsher punishment, network officials said that they believe she was punished sufficiently and that she has learned her lesson. McHenry herself apologized several times on social media for her actions, saying that her actions and words were completely wrong and that she is sorry and will definitely learn from this mistake. Tow company also said that they don't want her to loose her job for her mistake.

After the suspension week, Britt returned to work to cover NHL Stanley Cup game between the Washington Capitals and New York Islanders.

Personal life

There are no news about her private life in media. No one knows who is she in relationship with and it seems that she is very careful to keep her private life for herself, despite the fact that she is very active on public media-primarily Twitter and Instagram. We can often see her post new photos of herself and her friends, but we don't see any guy photos. We hope that we shall learn some new facts about her romantic life, as it seems impossible that she beauty doesn't have someone beside her.
