Early Life and Family

Brock Boeser was born on February 25, 1997, in Burnsville, Minnesota. He is the youngest of three siblings born to Duke and Laurie Boeser. His brother, Paul, and sister, Jessica, were part of a close-knit family. Jessica lives with a cognitive disability, and the Boeser family has been consistently committed to providing care and support throughout her life. This strong family foundation played a significant role in shaping Brock's character both on and off the ice.

Amateur Career and Development

Boeser began drawing national attention during his time with the Waterloo Black Hawks of the United States Hockey League (USHL), where he was recognized as one of the league's standout prospects. His scoring ability and leadership on the ice led to his selection as the 23rd overall pick by the Vancouver Canucks in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

Following his draft selection, Boeser played college hockey for two seasons at the University of North Dakota. During his tenure with the Fighting Hawks, he continued to develop his offensive skills and contributed to the team's success, including their 2016 NCAA National Championship win.
