Langton’s maternal grandfather was related to US army and had participated in World war as well. She did her high school from Herscher High School and later on shifted to L. D. Bell High School to complete her schooling. Brooke, however, developed an interest in modelling and acting when she was studying at high school. She participated in many stage shows as a model and worked in many stage performances displaying her acting skills. She won much appreciation and many awards performing at the school level. Later on, she joined San Diego State University for graduation and graduated from there.

She was much appreciated for her acting skills by critics and audiences and later on got many role offers and made her acting debut in movies with the film ‘Terminal Velocity’ in the year 1994.
