Camille Kostek was born on February 19, 1992 in Killingworth, Connecticut. She danced from the age of t hree, but studied communications at Eastern Connecticut State University. She joined the New England Patriots cheerleading squad in 2013. She was one of twenty on the squad. The squad often arrived five hours earlier than the players and worked twelve hour days. Because of her degree, she was often assigned the role of team spokesperson and conducted interviews on behalf of the squad.
Camille knew who Rob was, but refused to meet him until after she had resigned from her professional position, as it was very frowned upon for cheerleaders to have relationships, or even friendships, with the players. In March 2015 she left the cheerleading team and met "Gronk". By that summer they were appearing on each other's Instagram accounts. They attended the 2016 Kids' Choice Sports Awards together.
In 2019 at age 26 she was named an official Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and rookie. She participated in the first-ever Instagram-based model search in 2018 and placed within the top 15, earning a trip to Belize to shoot a spread for the magazine. She hopes to send a positive message to all women through her modeling and reinforce that women come in all shapes and sizes.
