Camille Kostek was born on February 19, 1992, in Killingworth, Connecticut. She began dancing at the age of three, developing a strong foundation in performance from a young age. Later, she pursued a degree in communications at Eastern Connecticut State University, where she honed skills that would later support her media career.
In 2013, Camille joined the New England Patriots cheerleading squad, one of only twenty selected members. The team maintained a rigorous schedule, often arriving five hours before games began and working twelve-hour days. Thanks to her academic background in communications, Camille was frequently chosen to act as a spokesperson for the team, conducting interviews and representing the squad in media appearances.
Camille was aware of Rob Gronkowski, but made a professional decision not to meet him while she was still part of the Patriots organization. Relationships between cheerleaders and players were strongly discouraged. In March 2015, after officially leaving the cheerleading team, she met Gronkowski—known popularly as "Gronk." By that summer, the couple began appearing on each other’s Instagram profiles, solidifying their public relationship. They attended events together, including the 2016 Kids' Choice Sports Awards.
Camille Kostek gained national attention through her success in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model search. In 2018, she participated in the magazine’s first-ever Instagram-based model search and was selected as one of the top 15 finalists. As a result, she traveled to Belize for an official photo shoot.
In 2019, at the age of 27, she was named an official Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and earned the title of rookie, a distinction given to standout first-time models. Through her work, Camille aims to promote body positivity and inclusivity in the modeling industry, advocating the message that women of all body types deserve representation and confidence.
